It’s so hard sometimes to remain calm

Things are always changing

In a fast pace world like this

How can I keep from derailing 

It’s almost like being lost in smoke

I’m surrounded and I can’t see

Is there a way out?

How can I break free?

However, as I wander in the darkness

Your hand pulls me out

You hold me in Your tender embrace

And You take away all the doubt

Your peace You have given me

Not as the world gives

Rather, Your peace is real

It’s a peace that lives

I need to remember always

When the world is closing in

You are always with me

You have saved me from my sins

There is no need to doubt

Your love is enough

Your promises are true

Even when things get rough

Thank You Jesus

For your love towards me

I will praise your name always

For you have set me free
