It is amazing to see how much has changed in such a short period of time. If you would have told me that something like this pandemic would happen, I would have had a hard time believing you. Yet, here we are. The biggest thing that this virus has brought out is fear. People fear for their health, for their loved ones, for the economy, and for the future. I have written about fear in the past, but today I want to leave you with the best encouragement I know…God’s word. Here you will find several Bible verses that will show you that there is no reason to fear. God has not left us and He will get us through these tough times. Don’t let your fear overcome your faith.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” – John 14:27

“Say to those who are fearful-hearted, ‘Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” – Isaiah 35:4

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” – Joshua 1:9

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me,” – Psalm 23:4

“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” – Psalm 27:1
